To help users quickly return to their latest work, a new recents tab has been introduced. This tab displays the last seven boards, documents, or dashboards a user visited across all their workspaces, eliminating the need to search through different areas of the platform.
Create a work doc directly from Sidekick
When using monday Sidekick for brainstorming or content generation, users can now create a monday work doc directly from a rendered content box. This new one-click option allows users to seamlessly move generated content into a dedicated document for further development and collaboration.
Granular board roles for enterprise accounts
Enterprise-level accounts now have access to more precise permission controls for their boards. Instead of applying uniform permissions, administrators can assign specific roles such as editor, contributor, assigned contributor, or viewer. This enables clearer delegation, where, for example, project managers can control the board structure while requesters can track progress without the risk of making unintended changes.
Open monday vibe apps via a dedicated URL
monday vibe applications can now be opened in full screen using their own dedicated web address. Any user with access to the relevant account and underlying boards can launch the vibe app instantly via the URL. This change is designed to make Vibe feel more like a standalone product rather than simply a view within a board.
