Prerequisites
- An active subscription to Google Workspace or a Google account with access to Google Forms.
Installation
Simply install the app from the monday.com marketplace and then you are ready to go.
Usage
Obtaining the Form URL
First, copy the embed URL from your Google Form:
For Board Views and Dashboard Widgets
- Add the Google Forms Embedded app to your board or dashboard.
- In widget settings, paste the embed URL into the designated field.
For Item Views
- Navigate to an Item Page and select Add View.
- Add the Google Forms Embedded app.
- In Settings, select a column where the URL will be stored.
- Paste the Google Form URL into the appropriate column for each board item.
