Prerequisites
- A subscription to Microsoft Forms or Microsoft 365.
Installation
Simply install the app from the monday.com marketplace and then you are ready to go.
Usage
In Microsoft Forms
Two options are available depending on what you want to display:
Option 1: Display the form for response collection
Select your form.
Click Collect responses.
Click the Copy button to copy the URL.
Option 2: Display the response summary
Select your form.
Open the Responses tab.
Click the ••• dropdown.
Select Share a summary link.
Copy the URL.
In monday.com
For Board Views and Dashboard Widgets
- Add the Microsoft Forms Embedded app in monday.com.
- Paste the URL into the Embed URL field in widget settings.
For Item Views
- Create a Text column named "URL" on your board.
- Open the Item View sidebar and select Add View.
- Add the Microsoft Forms Embedded app.
- In Settings, select the URL column.
- Paste the form URL into that column for the relevant items.
