Embed using the form URL

  1. Copy the Form URL from the Share screen in** forms.app**

  2. Paste the URL into the Confluence editor If needed, change the width and height of the macro

  3. Publish the Confluence page

Embed using the macro editor

  1. Edit the Confluence page
  2. Type /formsapp and hit enter
  3. Add the embed URL and if needed, change the width and height of the macro
  4. Publish the Confluence page
