Zoho Forms

Embed using the form URL

  1. Press the “Share” icon/button next to your form in Zoho Forms

  2. Select the “Form Permalink (URL)” text from the Share screen the text is copied to your clipboard

  3. Paste the URL into the Confluence editor If needed, change the width and height of the macro

  4. Publish the Confluence page

Embed using the macro editor

  1. Edit the Confluence page
  2. Type /zohoforms and hit enter
  3. Add the embed URL and if needed, change the width and height of the macro
  4. Publish the Confluence page
