  1. Copy the embed URL from the Publish screen in WorkForms

  2. Paste the URL into the Confluence editor If needed, change the width and height, or aspect ratio of the macro

  3. Publish the Confluence page

  1. Edit the Confluence page
  2. Type /workforms and hit enter
  3. Add the embed URL and if needed, change the width and height, or aspect ratio of the macro
  4. Publish the Confluence page
