Microsoft Forms

Embed using the form URL

  1. Press the “Share” button for your form in Microsoft Forms

  2. Copy the form link from the Share screen Note: Do not check the “Shorten URL” checkbox

  3. Paste the URL into the Confluence editor If needed, change the width and height of the macro

  4. Publish the Confluence page

Embed using the macro editor

  1. Edit the Confluence page
  2. Type /microsoftforms and hit enter
  3. Add the embed URL and if needed, change the width and height of the macro
  4. Publish the Confluence page
