Embed using the form URL

1. Press the “Share form” button on the form build screen in WuFoo

2. Copy the “Permanent Link” from the Share form screen

3. Paste the URL into the Confluence editor If needed, change the width and height of the macro

4. Publish the Confluence page

1. Edit the Confluence page
2. Type /wufoo and hit enter
3. Add the embed URL and if needed, change the width and height of the macro
4. Publish the Confluence page
