Embed using the form URL

  1. On your workpsace screen in SurveySparrow, select the Action menu next to the survey, and then select Share Survey

  2. Press the “Copy URL” ** button **on the Share screen

  3. Paste the URL into the Confluence editor If needed, change the width and height of the macro

  4. Publish the Confluence page

Embed using the macro editor

  1. Edit the Confluence page
  2. Type /surveysparrow and hit enter
  3. Add the embed URL and if needed, change the width and height of the macro
  4. Publish the Confluence page
