Embed using the form URL

  1. Copy the “Link to Share” from the Publish form/link screen in JotForm

  2. Paste the URL into the Confluence editor If needed, change the width and height of the macro

  3. Publish the Confluence page

Embed using the macro editor

  1. Edit the Confluence page
  2. Type /jotform and hit enter
  3. Add the embed URL and if needed, change the width and height of the macro
  4. Publish the Confluence page
