Zoho Survey

Embed using the form URL

  1. Press the “Access” icon/button next to your survey in the My Surveys screen ion Zoho Survey

  2. The survey opens in a new tab. Copy the URL from the address bar

  3. Paste the URL into the Confluence editor If needed, change the width and height of the macro

  4. Publish the Confluence page

Embed using the macro editor

  1. Edit the Confluence page
  2. Type /zohosurvey and hit enter
  3. Add the embed URL and if needed, change the width and height of the macro
  4. Publish the Confluence page
