Error message: App is not available

If you see the message "App is not available. It may have been deleted by the developer." after adding an app view, follow these steps.

This error is almost always platform-related rather than a developer issue.

Steps to try

  1. Check if the app is still installed — confirm no one in your organisation has uninstalled it. Reinstalling will resolve the issue if this is the cause.
  2. Perform a hard refresh — the error may be temporary. See how to hard refresh your browser.
  3. Wait a few minutes and try again.
  4. Check the monday.com Status Page for any ongoing platform outages.
