Monday.com has four default account roles. Here is how each affects access to our apps.
| Role | Access level |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access — can view, use, and edit all app settings. Only admins can modify administrative settings. |
| Member | Full access — can view, use, and edit app settings. |
| Guest | Partial access — can view and use apps, and edit settings in board views. Cannot edit settings in dashboards. |
| Viewer | No access — viewers are blocked from all marketplace apps. |
