Payments for apps on the monday.com marketplace are processed by monday.com — not directly by David Simpson Apps. Your tax invoice must be requested from monday.com.
Steps
- Visit monday.com's support page for invoice retrieval for instructions on downloading your invoice.
- If the invoice isn't available there, contact monday.com support at support@monday.com.
- Explain that the purchase was made through the monday.com payment system, so they hold all purchase and tax details.
When the "View Tax Invoice" link is greyed out
If the download link appears disabled in your account, the invoice was not generated correctly. Submit a support request to monday.com's billing team to have it regenerated.
