I need a refund for my app subscription

David Simpson Apps cannot issue refunds directly — the transaction took place between you and monday.com using their payment system.

Are you eligible?

Monday.com's refund policy applies. You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • You purchased a yearly subscription and more than 30 days have passed.
  • You paid for a monthly subscription renewal.

How to request a refund

Contact monday.com support at support@monday.com. When writing, explain that:

  • The purchase was made through monday.com's payment system.
  • All transaction details and tax information are in their records.
