Are you eligible?
Monday.com's refund policy applies. You are not eligible for a refund if:
- You purchased a yearly subscription and more than 30 days have passed.
- You paid for a monthly subscription renewal.
How to request a refund
Contact monday.com support at support@monday.com. When writing, explain that:
- The purchase was made through monday.com's payment system.
- All transaction details and tax information are in their records.
