This automation block copies files attached to a monday.com item update (via the Updates section) into the configured SharePoint folder for that item.
It is designed to be triggered by the "When an update is posted" or "When a file is uploaded to an update" trigger, so that files added through the item activity log are automatically synced to SharePoint.

A SharePoint folder must already have been configured for the item, using one of the following automation blocks:
For automations
Use the "Create from scratch" automation builder and set the trigger to fire when an update is posted or a file is uploaded. Then paste "Copy assets from item updates into SharePoint Folder" into the Then section.
You can choose to create a subfolder structure based on column values from monday.com.
For workflows
Create a workflow and select "Copy assets from item updates into SharePoint Folder" as the action.
