Copy updated assets from column to SharePoint Folder for item (J)

This is very similar to Copy all assets from column to SharePoint Folder for item (L), but instead only uploads the very latest updated files to the SharePoint folder.

Please note: This automation block will bring only the assets updated in the last 20 seconds into SharePoint, so is best used with the "when column changes" trigger.

For automations

Create an automation and select the "Copy updated assets from column to SharePoint Folder for item (J)" automation block in the Then section.

You can choose to create a folder structure of subfolders based on the column values from monday.com, as required.

For workflows

Create a workflow and for the action, select the "Copy updated assets from column to SharePoint Folder for item (J)" automation block as a new action.
