Move a folder in SharePoint

When the status of an item changes to something, move the configured SharePoint folder for the item into a new location in the SharePoint site.

This automation enables SharePoint site owners to organise their files based on workflows and the status of the item or task to which the folder is connected.

Prerequisites

1. The folder must have been created by either:

   • Simple folder generation
   • Templated folder generation

2. The configured folder must be moved within the same SharePoint site. This automation does not currently support moving folders between different SharePoint sites.
