The Outlook Email item view allows you to view all emails related to email addresses in columns of type Email in an item view screen.
The view automatically finds email columns and displays emails related to the email address within the column(s).
The view allows you to manually select and export emails as
- item updates
- email messages in monday CRM Emails & Activities feature
You can view individual emails and the attachments for the email, and also deep link to Outlook emails.
This item view is supported on the mobile app.

When to use
Use this item view when:
- You need to have direct access to all the emails from a contact visible to you from within monday.com
- You wish to selectively import emails from Outlook into:
- item updates
- email messages in monday CRM Emails & Activities feature
