Reasons automations can fail:
- The use of mirror columns can cause unexpected issues
- One faulty item can cause the entire board to fail
- The app may not have permission to access the board data
Fixing app permission problems
If the app was installed on All Workspaces, there should not be any problems with app permissions, but if the app was installed just for Specific Workspaces, then automations will work only in the workspaces specified, and fail in all other workspaces.
