This skill extracts data from Word documents stored in SharePoint and populates column values from the data found.
Prerequisites
- Run a Simple folder generation automation to create SharePoint folders for each board item
- Add the Secure Embed item view

The skill operates in two stages:
- Retrieves document contents from the SharePoint folder configured for each item

- Updates relevant board columns with the extracted data
