For automations which contain the following email custom field:
Our automation blocks will automatically detect HTML content and send emails as HTML.
If no HTML is found, the email will be sent as a plain text email.
Supported automation blocks
HTML auto-detection is supported by the following automation blocks:
- Templated document creation and email PDF to user
- Send email with Outlook
- Send email with iCalendar invite in Outlook
