SharePoint folder selection in our automations is powered by the search index within Microsoft 365.
When the number of folders and files within a SharePoint site is not large or excessive, the standard Templated folder generation automation is more than adequate. For larger sites, it can be useful to filter exact phases before searching for folder names. This can provide a faster user experience within monday.com recipe sentences.
For the more advanced usage, we provide an advanced recipe sentence:

When an item is created – copy files from {SharePoint site}, {document library}, where {source folder name includes text} {source folder name} and save them in a new folder where {parent folder name includes text} {parent folder}
